Tim Lloyd grew up surrounded by creation. His father, a legendary Disney artist, instilled a philosophy of craftsmanship and beauty that shaped everything Tim builds today. Armed with a degree in art, education, and decades of hands-on construction experience, Tim understands that a home isn't just a structure. It's a reflection of who you are.
What started as a one-man operation has evolved into something better: a curated team of skilled craftsmen and apprentices who share Tim's values. Every person on the crew (from carpenters to subcontractors) is someone Tim trusts in his own home and around his own family. They work with intention, take pride in their craft, and genuinely care about the outcome.
Today, Tim continues to design and build with the same philosophy: listen carefully, execute flawlessly, and create spaces that last. He lives in upcountry Maui with his wife Kami, daughter Coco, and their spirited dog, The Dude.
