Many years ago TLC was just a one man show. Tim would occasionally enlist a friend or two to help out with some of the Maui remodel projects, but for the most part it was all him. This is still one of his favorite projects. Tim worked hand in hand with the owner to design this tiny studio. This condo complex was built in the 1970s and this particular unit had not been changed since. The scope of work on this project was basically everything but the framing. All lighting was replaced, repairs and texture were done on all of the walIs, a new tile shower was installed, as well as all new countertops, with final touches of all custom carpentry throughout the unit. Wainscott and crown molding were put up throughout the studio as well as a fun his and hers boutique style closet, complete with an attractively hidden water heater behind a lift off louvered door. Truly seeing this project all the way through, Tim helped hang every piece of art and swears he made that bed for the first time. It still brings us pleasure to read the rave reviews the guests leave all these years later!
